1. Using the Shop

1.1 Do I need to register to purchase from the shop?
No, you do not have to register to purchase from my shop. However if you are planning a return visit, registering with the site will keep a record of your personal details (excluding Credit Card details). This saves you from having to re-enter your address etc whenever you visit. Registering will also allow the site to keep a record of items you have put into your wishlist, that you may wish to purchase at a later date.

1.2 What happens if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgotten Password:" link underneath the Login Section, and a new password will be emailed to you. Use this password to Login, then go to the Account/Change password section to change it to something you will remember.

2. Payment

2.1 What payment methods do you accept?
When purchasing from the site you can make payment via Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard only), PayPal, Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order. Please do not send cash through the mail.

2.2 Is it safe to use my Credit Card on your site?
When you enter in your Credit Card details, they are ecrypted and transmitted securely to be processed for payment. For added security Credit Card details are not stored on the site. You will need to re-enter your details whenever you make a purchase from the site.

3. Shipping

3.1 How will my goods be shipped?
In most cases I will use Australia post to deliver your goods. If you are in Sydney and supply a work address, I may use a courier service. Where paintings are too large to be shipped via Australia Post, they will be couriered.

3.2 How long will my purchase take to reach me?
Delivery time will depend on a number of factors, such as your payment method, your location and shipping method. Payments via Credit Card or Paypal will be processed fastest, and items will usually be sent out within 3 days of payment being received. Shipping within Australia generally takes between 1 and 5 days, and Internationally, between 5 and 14 days.

3.3 What happens if my item gets lost or damaged?
All items over $30 are sent with insurance against loss or damage, so if your item does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact me so that I can resolve the issue for you.

3.4 Can I collect my item/s?
Yes you can collect your item/s from Dee Why in Sydney, during office hours. I will refund any postage charges if you are collecting.

4.General

4.1 Do you have a gallery or a shop?
My studio is not open to the public, but I do have a selection of paintings on display at The Art House, 64 Darley Street, Mona Vale and you can view a large selection of my prints at the Rocks Markets, every Sat and Sun. Please see my web site home page for details on both these locations.

4.2 Can you make prints or paintings to order?
Yes print series can be made up to order. Canvas prints are not made to order at this point due to the prohibitive costs for small orders. Paintings are done on commissions, for details please click the Commissioning art link on my home page.
